Returns a list of Tanks. One of the parameters must be used.

lastModifiedOnOrAfterUtc	Filter the LpTankInfo by the last modified date and time. Pagination is required if only using this filter (100 Maximum page size).	date
customerLocationIdOrGuid	Filter the LpTankInfo by the customer's location.	string	Default value is string.Empty
tankLocationIdOrGuid	Filter the LpTankInfo by the tank's location.	string	Default value is string.Empty

Status	0 = Success.` 1 = An error occurred. 2 = An error occurred. 3 = Descriptive message, process was successful.	string
